Mesquite Brownie Cookies
makes 6 x 90 g
Ingredients:
150 g (1 cup) Oatman Farms Mesquite Flour
65 g (½ cup) cacao powder
30 g (¼ cup) ground flax seeds
6 g (1 tsp) baking powder
3 g (½ tsp) salt
165 g (3/4 cup) agave
45 g (¼ cup) olive oil
4 g (1 tsp) chocolate or vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line baking tray with parchment.
Combine mesquite flour, cacao, flax, and salt. Stir until well combined.
Combine agave, olive oil, and extract.
Combine wet and dry ingredients
Spoon onto prepared pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until center is just set.
Allow to cool completely.
