Our aim is to mill our flours 30 to 45 days prior to packing our baking mixes — to ensure freshness straight from our farm to your kitchen.
We blend our flours with premium, hand-selected ingredients — like the organic cinnamon and the highest quality raisins used in our Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough bread mix, and plump organic blueberries for our Blueberry Pancakes/Waffle baking mix.
