Oatman Farms™ is a fearless food company with a mission to revitalize and sustain family farms in hot and dry desert environments, including our own Oatman Flats Ranch, the Arizona farm that has been in my family for four generations.

Our farm has been a vital gathering place for thousands of years, and a recent witness to the desertification and degradation of American farmland. We use regenerative, organic farming practices, grow heritage crops adapted to our soil and climate, and work with chefs and bakers to craft delicious products showcasing the purposefully-selected organic grains we grow at Oatman Flats. Eat fearlessly!™

Our commitment is to develop the best tasting whole grain, nutrient dense, baking mixes.  

Oatman Farms and our farm, Oatman Flats Ranch, are excited to (re)introduce our customers to once-widespread heritage wheats, like White Sonora and Blue Beard Durum, and modern varieties like Skagit 1109, by transforming them into delicious regenerative organic baking mixes.

Our aim is to mill our flours 30 to 45 days prior to packing our baking mixes — so as to ensure freshness straight from our farm to your kitchen.  

We blend our delicious flours with premium, hand-selected ingredients — like the Organic Cinnamon used in our Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough bread mix. This is some of the world's finest cinnamon imported directly to us from Vietnam where Jerilyn Brusseau has engaged in humanitarian work for 25 years. We’ve also selected the best raisins for our Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough bread mix and plump blueberries for our Blueberry Pancakes/Waffle baking mix.
